    Lin/Dedmon/Bazemore seem like they could all fit in to our System pretty well! Lin under D'Antoni sounds like a winner! (LINSANITY!!!!) Dedmon, minus the Spurs Rockets beef a couple years ago could be serviceable for us. Bazemore, half of this forum would cream their pants for him apparently.

    What does everyone think? Also, IDIOT Worthy, or na?

    Morey has put in a call to ATL in regards to acquiring both Dedmon and Bazemore. Don't ask me how I know this.

    That would not be a bad haul if it means we get rid of Knight and Chriss plus an SRP.

    The Rockets are currently playing a rotation of:

    1 guy signed off his couch on Christmas Eve already discarded twice this season,
    1 guy called up from Rio Grande Valley over Thanksgiving
    1 guy called off his couch from retirement last December because he was in town anyway
    33 year old journeyman PJ Thicc (our most accomplished non-Harden full-time player (!?!!?!!!)
    A 54 year old Capoeira instructor who can play 2x a month
    Some other guys...not really even as good as these scrap heap guys above to merit mentioning

    and 1 FIRE DRAGON ULTRA BEAST GOD

    ...nah we stand pat.

    Bazemore and Dedmon would be fantastic pieces for D'Antoni to play with, especially If you can get them for Knight/Chriss/Trash and a pick.

    Do not even consider bringing on Jeremy Lin. Austin Rivers is wayyyyyyy better.

    of course. It will be extremely difficult to survive 4-6 weeks with this motley crew. Morey is going to need to find a capable big man somewhere.

    I'm partial to Richaun Holmes, but I also like Dedmon fine.

    I've been saying Kings could use a 6th man type backup guard. Gordon would fit so perfectly there and actually give them a lift pursuing a playoff spot rather than the meaningless depth Lin would bring.

    We really should try to get Labissiere and an expiring to send to a 3rd team for a very good forward (I've said a million times we should go after Demarre Carroll).

    fwiw: keep in mind, 4 weeks gets us to Wed Feb 13th, then all-star break, with next game Thursday, Feb 21st. So over next 5 weeks, there's only 4 weeks of basketball.

    And in the meantime, the Motley Crew gets Gordon back tomorrow, and maybe Paul next week.

    Rivers and House ( if signed quickly to a guaranteed contract ) make Lin and even Bazemore redundant.
    Dedmon's contract is 7.2M, so it will be hard to acquire him.

    Nene, Ennis, and Chriss works for Dedmon, but that probably won't be enough. Dedmon is a nice player, but giving up a future 1st for him wouldn't be worth it in my opinion.
