Now you're mad people won't read the newspaper to you or read twitter for you, or listen to The Cat's podcast?

Lotta recent updates on this site, too.

He (Chris Paul or Gordon) could probably tomorrow....but they could probably re-injure their hamstrings too!

Thus we give them a little more time. D’Antoni or Morey just said Gordon probably will come back towards
the end of this week coming up followed by CP3 after. Patience Grasshopper. Rome wasn’t built in a day, neither
is “Old Man” CP hamstring recovery timeframe. He is not a teenager that just walks it off and plays the next day.

He was already a teenager when Marquese Chriss was born.

Injuries are not easy to predict - especially hamstring injuries. The front office cares about winning in May, not January.

Maybe he isn't back yet because we have one of the best medical staffs in the world. Let's look on the bright side. Harden had the same injury and came right back. Rockets are contenders again and Harden is in God-mode, putting up historic numbers (so let's give the medical staff some credit). Paul is injured yet again. Rockets have been winning. The best thing to do is be 1000% sure Paul is healthy before letting his old ass play again. If he were healthy and playing people would complain about him not getting enough rest.

Day to day means, expect to return soon,
for most team - miss 1-3 games
For special team, miss 15- 20 games

Both Paul and Gordon could return in February
Gordon has knee issue, unable to practice Now.

Man, a good medical staff-- one that Tillman cannot afford to pay-- would have quickly replaced CP3's hamstring with MCW's and gotten CP3 back on the court within a week.

When CP3 went down , I didn't think he'd be back until mid February …. So if he makes it back before that great but if not …. its what I expected.

actually limited info is released, and we won't help out the other teams by giving out too much info. Playing close the chest with injuries. Team first

I’m sure our medical staff are fine, we just need Chris Paul to be healthy for the playoffs.

Because the Rockets as an org has changed the mindset overall.

Prior to the last couple of seasons we've tried to put players on the court asap, because we were in the noman's land: yeah, we were good, but that team wasn't good enough to win the West.

Right now all the guys around do know that we could do it if healthy, because we have seen it last year and we already have won 4 of the last 5 regular season games vs Warriors with two of them in Oakland, where we had a horrendous losing streak prior to MDA hire.

So right now we are not forcing anything with our key rotation players for the playoffs.

If it is James Ennis - OK, let him play if he's not 100%, Eric - no way.

The key is not getting things worse in meaningless January, October or February.

Not sure how this is a “huge issue”

They will be back when they are ready... what difference does it make if you know? You planning a trip out to Toyota center soon and want to make sure you don’t miss CP3?

tends to happen when dealing with guys with long injury histories... EGO and CP3 both have been known to miss weeks every year. Nothing to do with Training staffs
