We need more defensive players, Im getting tired of the layup line. Need an impact defender, when are we gonna make a trade.
Blame 3 of the highest paid players on this team for being fragile, not the guys that go out there and bust their tail every night.
Mike: Thought the whole game, we didn't have the right focus. We let them hang around. Didn't have the right amount of focus & you get beat. Hopefully we learn from it. (Harden) You can't rely on him being super human every night. We need contributions from some other guys. They came in with a lack of focus, especially on defense. We just didn't play well. It's disheartening. It's over. Tomorrow night is a big one.

I think aside from the missed 3s - opened or contested - the biggest difference for me was seeing Harden not call for the switch. It was obvious that Fournier was defending him well. No call for the switch for any mismatches, whereas on the other side, ORL was taking advantage of mismatches the entire game. Forcing the switch on the opponent to me is a sign that we're looking for ways to win. This felt like a game the team could just coast thru.
This loss was one of the worst of the season, if not the worst. We can't keep losing to these teams with trash records and expect to finish top 4.... and we especially can't if we throw away decent leads with like 5 minutes to go. This just proves the point that if Harden shoots trash, the team won't win. We have nobody else who can carry this team when Harden doesn't shoot well.

Harden wasted an easy win because he wanted selfish stats. I’m sorry. I’m the biggest Harden fan there is but that is exactly what happened. Games like that are why the Rockets won’t have a high seed. They don’t take bad teams seriously and consistently have lost to them this year. It’s pathetic.
Doesn't Harden put too much pressure into his legs when jumping up for that shot? His attempts did go up like no other player's. Like non. I was wondering when his legs were going to get tired.
