Let's see the environmental impact statement, let's see the Corps of Engineers review, let's start the eminent domain proceedings and see what the County Judges have to say about private land ownership rights and what the just compensation is (a figure I haven't seen quoted) Because if you cut off irrigated land from the water source you're going to have to pay for the whole farm. It would be a great way for Trump to lose his re-election bid so it's a win-win for Democrats. Either Trump tries and succeeds, dooming his chances in 2020 or he tries and fails because it's against the rules, which would just be another embarrassing setback for him.

Most people are already blaming him for the shutdown. They also don't want a wall. When Trump uses some funds designed for earthquakes, hurricanes etc. relief to fund the wall that people don't want. There is no chance they vote for him in 2020. I know that he will have your vote, but there are not enough clowns like yourself in America for him to win in 2020.
