They should handle it the same as they handled Obama's propaganda speeches where he lied repeatedly in order to push his political agenda when he was in office.
I read where the networks declined to show one of Obama's speeches, but I have never seen press debate whether to air a President's speech because of the likelihood of his lying. Very odd.

It's needed context. It seems like far too many are acting like Trump is the first president there has ever been....I feel the need to remind them that he's just the most recent in a long line.
That's an interesting take. I knew people would get triggered when I pointed out the hypocrisy of pretending that Trump is the first president to push his agenda in a prime time speech but you've gone above and beyond to defend your boy despite there being no real reason to do so. I'm not saying you can't wear your Obama shirts anymore (how many of them do you have at this point?), just pointing out what even you know to be true.

It was a short speech, and listening to the response, it's pretty clear that Trump is going to have to declare an emergency to get the border secured. There's no chance the House would ever pass something that legitimately secured the border with Pelosi as the speaker.
