    It’s about money.
Luxury tax profit for 2.6 million, bulls get $50k.
Morey gave bulls $300k profit and pay $44k for paper work.

We could have but that’s not what Green wanted. He wanted to be in the east coast to be close to family

Did I miss the Back to the Future picture with a fading MCW?

MCW is not good as we have Cp3 harden Austin. It is a good trade for draft pick. I hope morey can do trade for the remaining players like Anotony. It is good to get some players like Michael Beasley level

I hope he will want to get out of the mess by the Feb deadline. Houston can be a good fit for him.

Melo is Michael Beasley level but from the right as opposed to the left side.

There are plenty in the G League that can fill the Bobby Brown role for minimum pay.

Dealing Chriss/MCW for PF like Ed Davis (4.4 million expiring) does not save luxury tax.
    This season Ed Davis
    6 pts 9 rebs a game

Saving luxury tax is more important than depth?

Perhaps the nets aren't interested the meager returns that you suggested. They are making a good run at the playoffs.

The odds of Memphis having to actually give up that pick are minimal. Even if we were to get it the odds of it translating into a quality player are also minimal. Purely money saving.
