Not watching the game but heard a national radio Talk Show describe Clemson as making "Hopkins-like" catches.

I love watching Saban on the sideline as he gets his ass kicked.

One of the GOAT/Unpredictable outcomes sports history IMO.

Dynasty Bama didn't merely lose, they got blown the damn out. Championship game.
    ___

Side note, this win makes Shine look worse. Watson didn't whoop Bama's ass. Game was nip and tuck.

Saturday's outcome is my main beef but tonight just reinforces the sentiment. Still confident Watson is good, but these past 3 days have underwhelmed severely.

All he wants, for 2 more years.

Clemson could have scored 60 if they wanted to. That was a ****ing beatdown.

How does this in any way make Watson look worse. He faced a different Alabama team with a different Clemson team.

    Hell yeah, Mr. Austin-Dallas-Houston Fan.

Cherry-picking franchises always makes trash talk easier.

    I know a Patriots/Yankees/Cowboys/Duke/Lakers fan. She can't lose !!

In english, what are you saying here?

Did you see a couple of those catches tonight? What are they feeding those hands?

Was speaking generally regarding tonight's game. Jordan's team blows out Bama without Jordan yet nip and tuck with him. There are obviously more variables that but I was just speaking generally it makes Watson look worse. TWO year difference, not TEN.

BUT..... like I already said... TONIGHT isn't my main point. It's MOSTLY about Saturday. If Shine balled out vs Indy tonight would still make him look worse, generally.

Watson could still very well be future MVP and HOF.... just saying these past 3 days have underwhelmed majorly.

What a beat down! Wow, Clemson looked invisible. Johnny Unitas Jr. can sling the ball.

Ha but no, they've had some OK receivers in recent years.

    DeAndre Hopkins
    Mike Williams
    Adam Humphries
    Sammy Watkins
    Martavis Bryant
    Deion Cain
    Artavis Scott
    Ray-Ray McCloud III

lol you called it. I do like UT/Rockets/Cowboys. Although I did like the Oilers when I was a kid.

I like UT because I went there. I like the Rockets because I grew up 45 minutes from Houston and had a friend move there when I was 11 and him and his friends got me into the Rockets ever since 1991. And the Cowboys were my team because my great grandpa that lived in Teague starting around 1985.

Except that Alabama team in 2016 was led by its defense. This year, the defense was a weakness. You might be the only person in the world making this silly comparison - doubtful anyone else anywhere thinks this reflects on players who played 2 years ago.
