That's gotta be a horrifying thing for our friends on the left I'd imagine. It would be similar to giving a younger, dumber version of Sarah Palin that kind of platform.....and it didn't work out very well when they gave the real Sarah Palin that kind of attention.

Young, attractive ("telegenic"), media market, says interesting things and has charisma. I wonder why she gets media attention. The fact that the right has added to the attention she gets... and she gets onto 60 Minutes. She makes an interesting contrast and foil for trump (the only person republicans seem interesting in presenting). Perhaps finding someone else to elevate makes sense. For example, Will Hurd would be someone I'd think the republicans would want on TV, but for some reason, doesn't get any attention.

the guy is provocative in the "provoke" sense of the term. there's nothing necessarily trashy or anything else about him other than a sort of generalized right-leaning political stance. Jack Marshall is a legal ethicist whose business is conducting CE trainings for attorneys. It's too bad that you can dismiss it as "echo chamber confirmation bias junk food" because it doesn't confirm your bias.
Her spot on 60 minutes has nothing to do with her popularity among dems, and everything to do with her attention she's getting from the right. I probably wouldn't have posted a damn thing about her, if folks like yourself weren't obsessed with her. The Ben Shapiro post from earlier says it all. It's a statement about goofy and insignificant she is & her viral video was.... and then someone rightfully pointed out that he posted about her TWENTY ONE times in 48 hours. No... you don't control who 60 minutes interviews, and you are doing your part in your own local community to spread the fervor for sure.
