it is good, if we can use those players that MDA does not use to trade or draft picks

If there’s a Washington fire sale, I’d rather Ariza get bought out and come back here.

Listen. BEAL DOES NOT MAKE SENSE For us!!

Who plays at SF? Beal is a great 2guard but we have 2 of the best guards in the NBA. Even if that wasn’t the case a package based around Gordon will not be good enough

Because Boston and Philly can offer better deals.

AD is on an expiring deal. Without a commitment, who gives a **** who has the best deal?

Because it's Anthony Fu***** Davis in his Prime. Anywhere is better than New Orleans, if he's traded to a solid team like Boston, LA or Philly he's likely to resign. Teams are going to be offering ridiculous packages at the deadline for AD expiring or not.

And what are you talking about? AD has two more years left on his deal.

You’re now contradicting yourself. You have now said that the Lakers pursue Beal, because they can’t put together a competitive package for AD due to Boston/philly.

I think you’re wrong, man. I think you are very very painfully wrong.

As painfully wrong as the guy that thinks AD is expiring?

Philly can offer BEN SIMMONS. Do you think a Butler-AD-Embiid trio isn't attractive to Philly?

My bad — AD has one more year than I thought.

Sure, philly can offer Simmons for 1.5 seasons of AD.

What you continuously move away from in this discussion is why would the Lakers trade their package for Beal when AD is available.

All it takes from AD’s camp is some relative coming out and saying “AD will
Absolutely not resign with philly”. As soon as that happens, Simmons is off the table (if he was ever on it).

Did I say that this is likely to happen? It’s wishful thinking.

I'm not moving away from anything in this discussion as NEITHER of these players are being moved till the deadline.

My friend told me. Lakers are not willing to give Ingram max extension now. Deal him for Beal?

I live in DC. Why do you assume the Wiz want to trade Beal? He’s their best player and he’s just starting to hit his prime.

I voted no, but what I meant was that any move is likely to be relatively minor. The Rockets lack the assets to make a big move, unfortunately.
