That was just a terrible, terrible 5 mins of basketball. It's like we got bball amnesia for half a quarter. Geez.

 

Really disgusting effort from the starters after the bench did such a great job sustaining the lead

NeNe is trash, he has reached that old man stage, where he can't lift off the ground anymore and just fouls people trying to be physical.

We need a backup C - preferably one with range.

This is all on MDA and Capela for the switching. Don’t blame refs. They’ve made bad calls but whatever. The Capela switching is the worst thing in sports that is obviously hurting a team and they haven’t stopped in halfway into season.

 

I can tell you it’s the media that’s getting to James. All this b****ing about him getting calls and mvp talk these refs are going Bird Box on Harden. They’ve decided to even these harden foul calls out.

Nurkic was too aggressive shoving his head back when he tried to go up on Nene. Nene gave retribution with a slap, but his wrist made contact instead with Nurkic's neck. Nothing short of an elbow or a punch will drop a 300+lb 7 footer like Nurkic. It was a huge flop.

Harden keeps complaining to the refs, but he should know by now that they are butthurt. It's like dealing with the police. They suffered an embarrassing look to their shield that night in GSW. They are making a statement tonight; no calls for Harden at all. He should know and stop complaining.

Honestly doesn’t matter who we have at center when all they do is switch him on perimeter

 

A good in-game coach sees Harden doesn't have it and let him rest more. Knight and Rivers can play point. MDA just is a terrible micro manager.
