Maybe the real curse is a damn multimillion dollar roof that refuses to open, even on a perfect weather afternoon.
Nothing I saw today surprised me at all. I have to admit that I did not have a good feeling about this game. I knew going in that if I was Reich, I'd do exactly what the Eagles did. Well, they (Colts) did just that and it was a complete surprise to Buttchin and Co. Sorry but until I can see proof, I have no faith in him and this organization.
LOL I know because it happened. Re-watch Week 16 against Philadelphia. That was just as important as today's game and the defense blew it. If the Texans offense had been able to put up 30 points today, the defense would have given up 31.
I just disagree at trying to find a moral victory in this. It's the same type of mindset that keeps the front office and coaching staff employed. "don't matter how we won, 11-5, division champs Brian" I can't stand our sorry ass coach man.
I am ok though I wasn't expecting much from the Texans this year and they didn't disappoint. I am glad the Rockets seem back on track and baseball is around the corner. Houston sports is still looking great. We just need to beef up the o-line in the draft. So Watson has more time and isn't getting sacked or running for his life all the time. I hear there is an unhappy wideout in Pittsburg ::fantasy I know::
So your excuse for the offense today was the defense in week 16? That's brilliant! I'm glad you are here to contribute!
"I think there is a bright future for the organization." BIll O’Brien. #Texans — patrick (@PatDStat) January 6, 2019 OB mentioned the lack of pace late for them late in the game was he was trying to move Hopkins around. Said they were doubling him. #Texans — patrick (@PatDStat) January 6, 2019
Just a weird season. Even with them finishing 11-5 more times than not fans were frustrated after games because we knew deep down they were mainly winning because of the weak schedule and rarely look impressive.
