I still think the best thing the US could do would be to encourage gangs in the US to start raiding cities in Mexico and have our border patrol look the other way in order to assist them. It wouldn't take too long before Mexico would change the way they looked at the border and I think they'd be a LOT more cooperative.

Just a thought.
