Sooners are who we thought they were............Road Kill for Bama.

 

OU versus ND would have been a good play-in game.

 

It would save a lot of time to just give Bama the championship after this game.

 

My buddy said earlier that Bama would beat all the crappy teams in the NFL...I said "don't sell the Cowboys short".

 

I won't go that far, but I think they could make a game of it for a few quarters against some of the REALLY bad NFL teams and that's super impressive. They are simply on a completely different level than any college team.

 

Yep, they're a machine. Yet Clemson can still beat them (again).

Hell, if OU hadn't been scared to death in the 1Q this could be a different game.

 

It's possible, any machine can break down.

 

Or just get beat. Georgia should have done it the last game they played.

sidenote: not sure I'm really going to enjoy this UT/GA Sugar Bowl.

Dear god, the Oakland A's have got to be juuuust a bit nervous about Murray in this game. Not everyday you look at your $5M investment get its ass kicked for 4 hours.

eta: I'm not a ref-basher, but this crew has been horrible, yet only in one direction.

 

Don't look now, but Oklahoma might find a way to make a game of this.

eta: I mean, if you say "I can't stop 'em on this drive, after the D has had a bit of a rest", and say "we have to have the ball back now", what makes you think you'll stop them on the next one?
