Davis is going to try and push his way to LA. I don’t think Capela and 4 #1 picks would get it done. He is LA or BOS bound.

i would definitely do that capela, 4 first rounders and some cash for AD He's an upgraded version of Capela. he can do everything what Capela can do and he's got a better mid range and even 3 pointer.
I guess nope, but depends on what other teams are willing to trade, cause while i expect the Rockets to be willing to trade the farm for Davis (so, not just Capela and picks, but also Gordon), we just don't have the best assets overall so, the questions for me here are: - are the Celtics willing to trade Tatum? - are the Lakers willing to trade picks with their young players? If the answer to one of those two questions is "yes" then we have no chance, if the answer is "no" i wouldn't count us out. I guess it's also worth to consider that other teams will probably try to be in the mix, i'd say at least Sixers, Heat and Clippers, but probably others.
We definitely don’t stand a chance of outbidding other teams. I really hope we don’t spend too much time on this, don’t need Capela hearing his name in rumours every day and having it affect his play. Also don’t want another Melo, Butler thread.
No way to outbid Boston (Tatum+), but I’m not a fan of the Lakers assortment of young guys. Anyways, as we’ve seen with the last few star trades (Butler, Kawhi, George, Cousins) it depends entirely on the personality and ego of the GM/owner trading the star.
OMG the 'other than... our roster is fulla scrubs' rhetoric would be totally unbearable... it's already outta hand... everybody kept insisting that role players were a dime a dozen and trading quantity for quality is a no brainer... same people that lose their minds bc we dont have a 10 player rotation - at least not 10 guys that MDA is 'comfortable' with... lol
Capela on his contract is a steal IMO better than any of the Lakers youth IMO and unless Boston offers Jayson Tatum which they won't, we actually have a pretty good offer for AD. It all depends which route NO wants to go. Do they go for the Kawhi deal and still compete right now or go for a full rebuild ala Boogie or Jimmy Butler trade
