Or you know... People can disagree.

Are your feelings hurt that other humans believe Trump not to be a competent human?

Talk about a cult of personality.

Never-Trumpers are guilty of misology and shall be excluded from every adult conversation until they repent.

By all means, give us your reasoned, logical defense of the Trump administration. Please include moral leadership, unifying themes, visionary goals stability of governance, building of World Consensus, promotion of democracy, assistance to those less fortunate, and in general, the promotion of American ideals.

What are we discussing here: the Trump administration or the withdrawal of 2,000 troops out of Syria?

You might want to check the thread title and thread subject.

You really would take things off topic with this....

Politics is ugly man. You'd better stick with kids books if you can't handle it without bursting from the seems with feelings.

I was accused of misology by Trumpers. In this "accuse other of what you are guilty of" political world, the only defense is a contrast of facts, clear expressions of viewpoints, and the elimination of the ambiguity that allows for bogus claims to be given the same weight as reality. If you can't do that then you might want to reconsider what debate and discussion actually is.

If politics are ugly, it's because people conceal their true intents with hypocritical perversions. If you want to be a White nationalist, be it and face the reaction. If you want to be a protectionist, say it and see how that has played in History. If you want to be an isolationist, tell us how your Christian Nation cares for your fellow man. If you want to be an anti-semite tells us you hate a ethnicity that brought us humor, music, art and financial structure. Cut the bullshit.

You are full of hate... you demonize people who disagree with you. Why don't you admit that you have a very one-dimensional world view.

I agree: cut the bullshit and address the topic at hand. You are an adult, aren’t you?

The topic at hand is the betrayal of people who have been in foxholes fighting with American soldiers by a capricious frivolous commander-in chief, against the the advice of the seasoned professionals that have been there, abandoning them to slaughter at the hands of tyrants on all sides.

I'd like to respond to this thoughtful post right now, but you'll have to give me time to really digest it and look up some sources in order respond to your post with all the thought and diligence it deserves. I'll get back to it as soon as I have enough time.

They are not americans nor do we need to support terrorists who act against the interest of our long-standing NATO ally Turkey. You are bringing an emotional argument about loyalty, well there is something for your consideration. This idea of fighting for a non-existent state would also be a strategic blunder, as losing Turkey for the kurdish terrorist militia's lost cause would be a huge waste of time and resources. Why do you think we have the right to illegally enter Syria as well? This is a sovergn country that does not want us there. The Kurds would gladly put a knife in those soldier's backs by the way if they thought it would advance their own self interest. They do not have our best interest in mind. Aliances are only as good as the interest they advance for both sides. The end of the road with the kurds is near, as ISIS is cleaned out of most areas, and Turkey will take over from here in a campaign to drive the terror cells back into their hovels.

Did you post from the wrong account, old man? I clearly was not addressing you.

You prove it's ugly with the posts you make in D&D. The kid is you. My kids knew the difference between "seams" and "seems" by the time they were 10 years old. Grow up, dude, and broaden your news sources. You have been suckered by a charlatan.

No, I posted from the correct account. I just spotted a thoughtful post on a public board and addressed it. Did you post from the right account, young whippersnapper? I'm too old to have another account. If my grandson hadn't signed me up for this one and taught me how to turn on the computer, I wouldn't even be here now.

Ouch! I just pinched my finger in my flip-phone. Sorry, I have to go soak in some Epsom salts.

OK thanks. I type with thumbs on a phone and I am not so good at it, so I guess I am the kid? Your logic is flawless. Obviously I got under your skin with that one if you resort to correcting a typo.

You don't even know what all news I go to, so stop trying to give me a lesson. Obviously, you don't read enough, or you woudn't have such childish opinions that rely on emotional pulls. Make an actual argument or get out.

Orange man bad is your go to. Got it. Maybe if you stopped obsessing over who is President, you could see the larger picture taking place in the Middle East.
