No, the money goes out anyway, this guy can set himself up at 500k a year as a distributor/overseer of the money - this is 100% a scam - good job idiots. He had fake news websites, and scammed people, now he is doing it again.....just so gullible. Um, apart from bullets, a wall/fence is the cheapest, most cost effective human made impediment to prevent people from crossing (nature is better, oceans are awesome, mountains too). Both Spain and Israel saw drops of illegal immigration of well over 90% from just building them, Spain 95% and Israel almost 100%. Contraband on the other hand can be a bit more difficult as Egypt has learned, building tunnels is worth it when its important enough, and the money made from the drug trade is important enough, but those cartels wouldn't let the illegals use their tunnels (it's not just the ease of capture, it's that they'd blab for a simple asylum deal if ICE caught up with them), it'd put their work at risk for too little return and they'd probably kill anyone who tried.
