    The Rockets need another athletic defender with length, in the mold of Ariza. Rivers is not that. PJ can't defend everybody

    I understand the sentiment, but we're also the same team that acquired Jason Terry after years of him absolutely killing us.

    Granted, our disdain for Rivers is more so due to attitude/personal reasons more than on-court contributions like Terry, but it's kind of the same point. If they can help and the price is right, you have to consider it.

    It doesn't matter what the source of your or my disdain is for Rivers, all that matters is Chris Paul's disdain for him.

    He's not coming to the Rockets.

    Due to nepotism and a vetoed trade, right?

    Not saying I disagree. There's been no buzz whatsoever about him coming here. Just saying, I could stifle my vomit if it meant helping the team. Our starters are playing too many minutes.

    It seems like a mutual agreement to be cut so that he could find a better spot. If MCW get's cut he's going to the G-League
