Both Jabari and Jahlil Okafor were studs in college that were unfortunate tweeners. Neither is that great at offense, and their defense is non-existent.

    Absolutely not.

JP's injuries are extensive. EGo's had plenty, too. But, EGO's game lends itself to a longer career, especially as he has learned to increase his range, play on the ground (versus a high-flyer like Lavine) and use his strength/bulk to make layups. Nothing about EGo screams "athletic." But he's underrated in his ability to score by using his body in unorthodox ways and defending with is chest and legs, keeping his center aligned with his opponents' hips.

EGo doesn't care about the shot going in as much as he cares about making the look different every time and, much like CP3, taking away space to effectively shoot and land with more space than the initial release.

There aren't many guys I'd trade Ego for, especially second unit guys, because they don't have his range or discipline. Considering his weight loss and focus on detail, I can't think of any non-starters that would match his value. Besides PJ and Chris, EGo is easily the best defender on our team. Clint gets his blocks, but EGo plays with a defensive toughness that's overlooked...until he's guarding you lol!

Same with PJ, but his mindset on defense is different. He's incredibly effective but he uses his bulk differently than EGo.

I have a tough time parting with either in my head right now. I think we have the talent to be in the top 3 of the West, and I still think we'll end there, but there's more going on than just on the court. That part is obvious, yet, not publicly obvious, if that makes sense.

    Either way, #DecreaseTheDrop

We need to be no lower than the 4th seed when the season is over. That's non-negotiable.

I'd trade him for a bag of chips right now. Dude is sooo bad right now, doesn't even look anywhere close to the player he was last few years.

Could’ve had butler for Gordon and Tucker lol.

But clutchfans said thought we would be giving up too much lol. But like always, clutchfans always overrates our players.

Fans almost always overrate players, but at the end of the day Darryl Morey thought the same.

More or less, "decrease the drop" is to fill out the roster so that our main guys don't drop (dead from exhaustion; out of the playoffs with a pulled hammy, etcetera). Cod or whomever else can jump in and correct me if needed.

id take him for brandon knight and a pick maybe but not EGO. he may be inconsistent, but he still has the respect of the defense because they know he can get hot, so he is still an effective floor spacer and a solid defender. parker could turn things around if he takes a hard look in the mirror and dedicates himself fixing his flaws, but thats too big of a gamble to give up a key piece. for a lottery team like the bulls to want to rid themselves of you after a couple of months says a lot. he is not the player he believes he is.
