Good for him for correcting an embarrassing statement, especially from a former chair of the senate judicial committee... but perhaps he now knows more is coming?

Is that a rejected Madame Tussaud's wax replica of Orrin Hatch?

    It keeps coming

A top inaugural planner emailed Ivanka and others at the company to “express my concern” that the hotel was overcharging for its event spaces, worrying of what would happen “when this is audited.”

If the Trump hotel charged more than the going rate for the venues, it could violate tax law. The inaugural committee’s payments to the Trump Organization and Ivanka Trump’s role have not been previously reported or disclosed in public filings.

“The fact that the inaugural committee did business with the Trump Organization raises huge ethical questions about the potential for undue enrichment,” said Marcus Owens, the former head of the division of the Internal Revenue Service that oversees nonprofits.

I still haven't been made to understand how those foreign donations to the Clinton Foundation completed the last mile into the Clintons' pocketses. But, in general, I agree with you. To be a candidate for the presidency I don't feel shy about asking someone to sever ties with all these potential vehicles of corruption. If that's too much to surrender, you're not committed enough anyway. More generally, I think we've erred when we said a right to free speech includes the right to anonymous speech. Anonymity is going to kill us. Too much potential for dark money to come in with strings attached.

Not sure, we should ask the wonderful Saudis who've given 25+ million dollars to the Clinton Foundation out of the goodness of their hearts. 10+ million from anonymous foreign governments. They just love Bill so much they want to build him a library and ask for nothing in return. Even the Canadians Foreign Ministry got involved with a donation due to their heartfelt concern with workers in Colombia.

Here's an article full of excuses for whatever reason but the links to data are there.

The balls on these deep state scumbags, first they cite a felony leak to the WaPo (by their friends, and for which we all know no one will ever be charged) as evidence against Flynn. Then they cite a 302 prepared by Peter Strozk of all people, SIX MONTHS after his interview with Flynn, as indisputable truth. Pencil pushers going after a combat veteran.

You mentioned foreign investors to the Clinton Foundation. I'm asking what policies were a result of those donations?

    re-post from elsewhere:

Just for the record, the following are all currently under criminal investigation:

    The Trump Campaign
    The Trump Transition
    The Trump Inauguration
    The Trump Administration
    The Trump Organization
    The Trump Foundation

Basically, the Trumps are a crime family and they have law enforcement all up in all of their business.

I advise you closely follow this story and provide constant updates. It might be helpful if you add colorful nicknames like white socks and black socks, so we can keep track of the good and bad guys.

This is the way the FBI has been conducting interviews since J Edgar Hoover - two agents present and no recording devices allowed. That was Hoover's rule. If you tell the FBI you will only accept an interview if you are allowed to record it they will refuse to interview you.

I agree it is pretty damn shady, but literally every FBI conviction in the history of the FBI has occurred this way.

if the Special Council can't/won't even produce a record of the Flynn interview, the judge should dismiss all charges, absolutely absurd
