    Nice double-digit win against a middle of the pack team in the West. We still don't look nearly as good as last year's team but I feel we fixed a lot of our ongoing problems, though certainly not all:
    • Capela played much harder in the 2nd half (especially after Nene's ejection) and ended up having the best +/- on the team, but it doesn't erase the huge turd he dropped in the 1st half. He was missing bunnies and tried to switch everything and kept getting burned. That crap HAS to get fixed by the coaching staff
    • We outrebounded them by 12 and more importantly, only 7 offensive boards by the Lakers
    • Forget JR Smith and KCP - we're good with the GreenHouse effect + some Clark/Ennis. If Morey is going to acquire a player, make sure he's actually an upgrade
    • This is a shot making business and Harden ISOs look a lot better when a couple of them go in. He CLOSED this game himself like an MVP
    • CP3 wasn't as awesome as he was in the Blazers game, but the CP3 led rotation with the bench was still really effective thanks to Nene's return and House's emergence. All I can ask for him is to keep draining 3s and maintaining an elite assist/turnover ratio. I'll take 9 assists/2 turnovers
    • LeBron played pretty much a perfect game and they hit some wild threes, but the good fortune there was balanced by missing 12 free throws.

    Oh, and coaching got a little cute with changing up the switch options by having Gordon be the guy who switched onto Lebron on a couple plays. Good stuff. Keep this focus up, and everyone should be locked into their defensive roles.

    so much crying online about Harden’s freethrows...I see enough salt to season 2 months worth of meals at least

    it’s not Harden’s fault no one can stay in front of him and defenders can’t help themselves from reaching in...it’s also not Harden’s fault that he’s always smarter than his defender and knows how to exploit their mistakes

    And most of it is by hypocritical Lakers fans who seem to have forgotten how many free throws their star players have been gifted over the years.

    I can confidently say that most of Harden's fouls are earned, and the other few are through his craftiness. Unlike certain other players who get FTs like they're dating the commissioner's daughter or something.

    This is fans site. We can celebrate the wins just as much as we complain about the Ls. It’s good to see the potential with bench contributions the last couple games. If it continues to develop we may not have to waste our assets for average role players that are more then likely 1 yr rentals.

    You can also say that because he does go to the line quite a bit the refs will also ocassionaly freeze him out and routinely let him be fouled

    I'm sorry but watching this game reminded me why Lebron will never be the goat. His stats are wonderful, so by lookin at his boxscore you'd praise his game tonite. But WHERE WAS HE DOWN THE STRETCH? Does it count Lebron was only relevant for 3 quarters? Is that what "Kings" do?
