How do you rate Harden's defense?

What are we rating?

His defense for his whole career?
His defense in the post?
His defense this season over all?
His defense to start this season?
His defense when Jeff B was giving instruction via text?
His defenses after Jeff B came back to the bench?

Harden's static defense is very good. He's strong and has a pair of quick hands. He cuts the ball very accurately.

But on the other hand, his dynamic defense is very bad, probably because of his heavy weight and slow moving. I think more of his defensive concentration is very bad. When his opponent crosses him, it is like crossing the road at 4 o'clock in the morning. At this time, Harden will blindly watch his opponent attack the basket and reach for it at most.

Last season we had three guys, Pj, Luc and Trevor, who could help Harden wipe his butt on the defensive end and let him go to the big inside line of his opponent by changing his defensive position, so as to cover up the shortcomings of Harden's defensive end.But this season we have only one PJ left. The other forwards in the team can't even finish their defensive tasks. They can't wipe Harden's defensive ends.

Finally, I would like to say that Harden is such a real player, the offensive side is very, very strong, self-brought offensive system. On the other hand, the defensive end is really bad, you can say that his defensive end has many shortcomings.

As a Rockets fan, or a Harden fan, you have to accept his defensive deficiencies while enjoying how carry he has on the offensive end.

The problem is that it’s extremly hard to gauge Harden’s defensive prowness. On some plays he’s exceptional. On most plays his man is scoring. When he’s locked in and up for the task he’s A1

It's average overall, this season has been poor along with the rest of the Rockets.
