Never Seen a Team Miss So Many Layups and Easy Shots

    Every game. Missed layups. Missed shots in the paint. Consistently missed shots that pros should make 99% of the time.

    It's been unreal. All season. And it's another subtle aspect of what's going on that I haven't really seen pointed out or discussed.

    Besides what it does in igniting the other team's fast break, it's another mental hurdle the team has to overcome to feel like they're consistently fighting uphill.

    So what's going on here?

    No one has confidence because the "leaders" of this team aren't leading by example.

    It's sad that in the Harden era, every successful season is followed up by a dud. It might just be from the burn out because Harden isn't a Kobe or Jordan type of player who's always thirsting for more. He seems content like when he announced to the whole world we don't need Lebron, just "run it back".

    We hardly had any shooting practice.

    We are a team relying on 3 pt shooting, but we hardly practice it, and we collect many bad shooters.

    We really need to learn something from the Warriors.
