I don’t think Portland would give up a first for that package. Not a bad idea if we are looking to the future. Leonard has underachieved so far in his career. He can shoot and occasionally rebound. His defense would be the biggest question. I don’t if he could survive the switch everything defensive scheme that we currently employ. Layman is ok. I don’t think he is an upgrade over Ennis, but he can eat minutes.

Getting a first would be nice though. Wishful thinking.

 

Satoransky is very underrated. I would love to have him. Can play backup pg

 

Satoransky is not underrated at all. He's very highly rated, starting for them and would be the last player they get rid of when rebuilding. Unless you take on Wall or Mahinmi, he's not going anywhere.

 

PG is where he is best suited. This article offers a quick summary of his career as well as his strengths and weaknesses. His numbers as a starting pg over 30 games last year were impressive. His defense was impressive as well.

He is extremely under rated. MD can help take his pg play to a different level.

I really hope you are wrong. I have gotten my hopes up lol. Most people on this board don’t seem to know much about him. Maybe he is more highly rated nationally than I thought.

The Wizards don’t seem to be sold on him imo.

 

He's not well known nationally, but that's not really relevant to trades. GM's know about him, and most importantly the Wizards organization knows way more about him than we do. If he's good or a dud, they will know about it. The guy is shooting almost 50/40/90 with 2.8 assists to 0.7 TO's on a contract that is under team control.

If you were blowing that team up and were marking down who you keep, he would be one of 2 or 3 players they would absolutely keep, unless it helps you get rid of a horribly negative asset (like Wall or Mahinmi).

He would look nice on the Rockets, but we're not the team that's going to take on Wall or Mahinmi. They wouldn't attach him to Porter who we might be interested in, that guy has upside and is highly efficient on both sides of the court.

wish we could get bogdonavic from the pacers. i'd trade gordon for him in a heartbeat.

 

I like that guy Hood.. he can shoot an always plays us well, that would be a steal.

The Wizards are a pretty dumb organization, so I would say the Rockets could certainly get a favorable deal from them. Not saying it would definitely happen, but let's just say I always have an optimism about the Rockets that I would never feel about the Wizards.

I think it's Chris energy he brings, it's not every game, where is the fight for being in the league so long an not getting the Gold, he should be foaming from the mouth he got Harden the best player in the game right now, money, our team really not that bad, dam.. He is only underrated because hes not the primary point guard. I can see his potential as a very big point guard..starter material and can only get better
