I know pretty much nothing about Captain Marvel other than it being stated that she’s the most powerful hero in the MCU I’ll admit, the trailers have not made me hyped to see this movie...I’ll watch it, but mainly to see how it ties into the rest of the MCU...I am more interested in seeing what Captain Marvel will do in the next Avengers movie than I am in seeing what she’ll do in this film
Ditto, I like Larson but the trailers haven't done much for me. Captain Marvel's story and origin seems way too similar to Hal Jordan's Green Lantern.......
Didn't know that but not surprised, when they were creating all these character Marvel and DC were copying each other left and right.....
The trailer looks to be in line with what we expect from Marvel. It only suffers because I have no idea who she is. But I didn’t know who ant man or black panther were either and those worked out well.
We are indeed. And anyone who has seen Larson's PC rants, or the whole "smilegate" debacle, has seen confirmation of same.
A lot of businesses seem to be intent on shooting themselves in the foot trying to be PC these days. See: The Last Jedi; Gillette; Dick's Sporting Goods, etc. It is strange that a business would go out of its way to alienate it's market, but it's happening a lot these days; and it just goes to show that people in charge aren't always Wunderlichs.
Yep; totally. If one lives in this kind of bubble, I suppose that person could be of the belief that the whole country thinks like this. These days, I think it's colorfully referred to as "smelling their own *&^%$."
