Our team's offense is only ISO and shooting 3p, It can't win a champion although we r really a good team
It 100 is. Timberwolves adjusted in the second half trapping at the top and clogging the lane for Capela. We couldn't get a single point other than harden brute force into the lane. I think the league has evolved past us. We don't have the diversity not personell on offense to adjust to their adjustments
1. Where is Clark? I came in late but did not see him 2. Where is Hartenstein? I came in late but did not see him 3. House is looking good but I did not see lot of him in the second half I understand a 7 man rotation but I think Clark and HArtenstein earned some burn Rocket River
I do not think it's time to change coaches but I think it's time to make big changes in other levels. This team is a disaster. Morey has to fix the absolute disaster he did in the offseason, and quickly.
I dunno. I don't think the roster is the complete problem. Some of this is entirely coaching I don't think we need to change coaching but he was horrible tonite Rocket River
The answer to tonight L is simple. Paul and Gordon played like trash. In order for us to win Harden, Paul and Gordon HAVE to deliver on offense, we don't have enough offensive depth to win if one of them is off. Simple as that.
You think MDA changed it to that...having never done that before in his career? He's always been a motion coach.
Personally i wouldn't complain about that now, he clearly wants to give Nene some minutes which makes sense, at least to see if he has something left in the tank or if he's done. House was a bit more solid than Clark lately...i mean, i can understand those changes on the rotation, and tbh, i don't want to complain about him much cause the players, or at least some of them costed us the game more than the coach imo. However, he subbed out House two times after he made a foul (reminded me of when McFail took out D.Mo everytime he made two quick fouls lol), the second time was when they literally just starter the last quarter, and in one minute he took out Nene for Capela and Gordon for Harden, i think he was definitely in panic mode there. Regardless, what i really don't understand is why it seems like he always tries to do the Phil Jackson (during the 3rd quarter in this game) out there by calling late timeouts. When he sees that the team or some players are starting to coast (walking around, settling for forced shots, not moving the ball, making lazy plays etc), just stop the game ffs, he always stops the game two/three possessions too late.
Gordon has been playing like trash the majority of this season, the dude missed a bunch of wide open shots tonight. Paul didn't play like trash, he played like flaming dog ****. Why? Not sure, but he made some very bad turnovers that were entirely his fault. Meanwhile, we keep getting ****ed on our switches and keep giving up too many offensive boards with Clint being switched out to the perimeter and nobody over 6'6 in the paint.
D'Antoni can and has shown he does coach offense differently than this. Why fire him instead of just asking him to add some of the offensive things he likes? Force more SSOL? Use more off ball movement? Would a new coach somehow know these players better to be able to implement those things more effectively?
