If this is true very bad news for Rockets fans and the rest of the West.

Boston cannot trade for AD this year. Derrick Rose rule. So time is on the Lakers side until this summer when Boston is free to trade for AD. Magic and Pelinka are ready to get it done this year before Boston even has a chance.

That’s what I am thinking Capela would be a perfect trade piece for AD. You’d lose the best C but gain a top 5 in return in addition to picks and good players like Clark or knight and they might want to take a flyer on Chriss.

Let's relax a bit. Ingram will most likely be better then any player from those 4 late first round picks, Ball is in his second year and not a scrub (certainly a work in progress), and a Vucevic is currently in a breakout season. Then add another FRP to that.
