I would say House seems to be a better ready now player. The Rockets dont have time for rookies. He's always out of position defensively which pisses Harden and Paul off constantly even in his good games. So im not saying he will always suck but for what the Rockets want to do now he doesnt fit. I wouldnt mind keeping him but I feel once we get the right role players he will never see minutes anyway.

A 10-10 team talking smack and looking down on an 10-11 team...

guess it makes sense if you are a fan of the mavs since this is the first time in 4 years that your team has seen any sort of relevancy.

Rockets fans are panicking over a 10-11 start, while Mavs fans are enjoying a 10-10 team. Shows you how much higher our standards are versus theirs.

They were both childhood friends, playing tons of pickup games, does not surprise me at all.

I'm happy that EG is continuing to play well despite CP3's return. Harden knifed through so easily.:)
It's great to see Chris back and for Capela to show consistency. GO ROCKETS!

It was nice to look at the box score and see 60 points coming from our bench. Have no idea the last time that has happened. Granted alot of that was because Gordon moved back to the bench and was on fire last night but it was still nice to see. I hope we see more of this going forward.

Oh, how I have longed for a BORING WIN! Thank you!

The one silver lining in that 4 game losing streak with CP out, it allowed EG to "find his rhythm." LOVE what we are seeing from EG right now. He is totally locked in. Will be a huge boost to the team. EG hitting 3's, Green back to hitting 3's. House hitting 3's. nice.

BTW, has House jumped ahead of Clark in the rotation?

Feels so good to get CP and Green back. Nene back tonight. We have proof that BK is alive and playing his way back with the Vipers.

    Let's go!

It's a make or miss league. When it rains, it is good for us. When it is bricking, not so good.

Excellent post. And on point with the defense. I remarked to myself many times how the team SWARMED to the rebounds. Multiple guys. The entire team was really locked in last night. Spurs gave a low effort and the Rockets jumped them. The team spirit I think got a big boost with the healthy players coming back.

It is deflating to play a game with one arm tied behind your back because of injuries and insufficient depth to help mitigate that issue.

Thanks for pointing this out. See, these are the little things that make a big deal. When CP is out/injured we immediately miss his ball handling, shooting and shot creation. But the defensive signal calling is critical too. Especially if Tucker is off the floor.
