Was just gonna say question is would anyone trade for CP3? A team like kings could/would probably do it to make playoffs and make some noise..BUT without CP pretty much any hope of a championship (granted already very slim) is lost

I would trade CP3 any time.
Giving him max contract is a big mistake.
CP3 wont help us win Championship. He is old and fragile.
We have to fix the error ASAP.

Don’t blame u for thinking that way, can anyone? For him to help bring a chip literally everything has to line up right, and it ALMOST did last year. History definitely isn’t on his side

The way we are playing I would consider trading Harden or cut the team out. Only save pj Tucker and Clark or house too. Rest can go if they can give any effort whatsoever. What’s the point of Harden just scoring to keep us close if he is going to let everyone pass him by for an easy shot. I mean it’s like Harden dribbles dribbles gets a contested 3 scores but then the other team goes to Harden and scores in less than half the clock and with minor effort. That makes no sense at least Chris Paul would defend or try harder.

And don’t give me started on the post season when Harden usually performs subpar or average on some games but the ones that matter the most he disappears for the most part turnovers or just gives no effort.

I like Harden a lot but the dude is starting to just not show any emotion or heart. We always think he will bring it but most of the time doesn’t shine when needed the most.

Makes it worse that the league is going to make it tougher for us by no calling all those obvious fouls and calling bs calls on us. Is like we can even touch or look at anyone because they will call a foul.

Did the pog/fobbit get offended? I'm sorry, but your "In the army" line that had no relevance was pretty unintentionally funny to me.

Yes I'm a Lin only fan. See I traveled back in time from when Lin was playing with the Rockets in 2012 back to 2010 when he wasn't a Rocket. That's how I had the premonition of predicting Lin would be a Rocket and is the only reason I joined the bbs.

James Harden has some serious flaws in his game. The largest being that he is a revolving door on defense. The other is him average near a triple double every game but with turnovers instead of points.

No, it isn't the THE reason why this team is doing poorly. Having a D-league bench is probably a more significant factor along with having one of the most predictable offensive schemes I've ever witnessed in the NBA.

I’d rather trade Harden (who will actually net us something) than CP3. Ben Simmons+ filler for Harden?

I think you would want Embiid, and Embiid is more tradeable later. Simmons has to develop a shot first.

He won’t be traded but we’d be doing a disservice in not seeing what we could get.

Harden (our best player) is part of the problem.

I’d rather have Ben Simmons and gamble he will develop a shot. Embiid is interesting but I like Simmons ceiling better.

Either way you are retooling, it takes years again.

Sure, but I think CP3, Simmons, and Capela is a good core to retool around.

Scratch CP3 though, go for Zion or someone like Doncic.

Collin Sexton, there are upcoming PGs.

I don’t disagree, but I’m trying to be realistic. Personally not high on Sexton and Mavs aren’t giving up Doncic.

Random thought the Paul Clippers. What more could they do to put a team around him? Think of ALL the talented players they had => one of the best 4’s, 5’s and 6th men of the time. This was when HE was in his prime too. Let’s try to do that again because it worked so well before. Paul now takes up even more cap than he did with the Clippers.

the real problem is you always whine and if somebody gave you lebron for cp3 you would find a way to be unhappy about it...;)
