What more evidence do you need. Facebook and twitter admitted to wide spread russian bots. Trump's son and his senior campaign team met with the Russians and Wikileaks. That seems like a lot of coincidences.

Trump could go shoot someone tomorrow and his supporters would not care.

It doesn't matter what that report says you will need 67 senators most of whom are republican to vote him out. Furthermore if the stuff doesn't get leaked what is going to stop trump from having it destroyed. He owns the supreme court and and senate. He has his rabid fan base. All he needs is a few people to come to his side and he can win.

All of that will help to build the case. Yes, we can reasonably presume that there a conspiracy by the Trump campaign. We don't know the extension of what Trump himself did. There's more than just that charge. Documenting who was where at what time with witness statements about what was discussed will help not only prove the conspiracy but also possibly money laundering, and obstruction of justice.

Mueller should close every possible hole and escape route.

40 house seats were flipped, 7 gubernatorial seats as well, with a few elections being held next year. His approval rating is dipping, and our strong economy might not be so strong in the coming months. Mueller's report might be the event that flips Trump from an asset to a liability for the GOP. There is a path in place to remove him from office, with the senate on board.

All this. Plus the fact that there is clear evidence now that Trumps base will never grow, and its shrunk in the suburbs pretty dramatically in a way they will never recover from with him as president. Even with voter suppression and gerrymandering you still can't win elections with him as President.

There's certainly a narrative out there that Trump has this base that overpowers the GOP. It's true that they are loyal to Trump, but what's not true is that they are powerful enough to keep the Republican party from flipping on Trump at some point when they need. The calculus (which is a good one) is that they suburbs will come back because the Dems are just too liberal on some key issues, and that the die hard Trumpers will still vote republican when its a Jeff Flake type vs a Nancy Pelosi type in 2020, or beyond.

Point is... its clear now that Trump will not hold enough political power in this country to stay in office without becoming a dictatorship. I don't think the Republican party in the Senate flipping on Trump is all that inconceivable honestly.

For a good chunk of Republicans it's pretty simple: At the Senate level if they oppose Trump they could get knocked out in a primary. If they don't they can hold their seat. It's just unfathomable that the types of crimes being discussed would be enough to convince people like Lindsay Graham to throw away his career and vote for removal, especially in the needed timeline.

No way they will do it BEFORE 2020 and after 2020 he's either lost re-election or he's been re-elected which makes it even more difficult for Republicans to turn on him.

I think there’s plenty of time for Trump’s image to take a lot of damage. The Democratic house with the power of subpoena, the Mueller report, the shifting economy could all make things change in a hurry. I don’t think we can rule anything out at this point. THe Senate today just voted against Trump in the Yemen/Saudi enablement.

There's no evidence Trump conspired with Russia.

Mueller's been trying been trying for two years to squeeze Trump associates to say as much, but all he can do is charge them with unrelated crimes or with lying to the FBI. They pull Manafort out of solitary confinement and ask him the same questions over and over (implying it will end if he says what they want to hear).

There's a reason none of these plea agreements involve pleading guilty to conspiring with Russia.

The Clinton campaign certainly conspired with a foreign agent. Christopher Steele.

I have been a supporter of this investigation since day 1. At this point, I wouldn't say we are entitled to details but I definitely am anxious to understand what is going on.

There's no reasonable outcome that doesn't have a large amount of the report revealed to the public. If anything, a lot of Mueller's info will be revealed through the House's investigations, Schiff has been steadfast in his stance that the country deserves to know what is going on.

Trump may or may not be guilty of "colluding" with the Russians. We the general public do not have access to all of the facts and thus do not know.

If Trump were innocent, you figure that he would just ride out the storm.

If Trump were guilty, you pretty much get what we are getting ... Trump trying to bully his way past this.

    Exhibit A:

    Thus, I see two possibilities:
    1. Trump is guilty and acting like it.
    2. Trump is innocent and shooting himself in the foot.

    Neither is a good look.

...I think that as long as the Donald doesn't put on any blackface (because it's something he was told growing up was alright to do as long as he says he's just paying some respect to black people), puts a 9mm pistol on his hip and takes a leisurely stroll around a shopping mall...

...he's got a better-than-average chance of surviving this...

    According to NBC,

Cohen had lied to Congress that his work on the Trump Tower Moscow project had stopped before the
1 Feb 2016 Iowa caucus, which is false; he had continued to work on the project for several months more

    ...you know...

...I never really got that Henry Hill vibe from Michael Cohen before. My bad.

I guess what they say is true:

''...a stitch snitch in facing time saves nine his own a$$...."
