It's amazing the Rockets have to be reminded to play hard.

To me this new emphasis on freedom of moment is nothing but an excuse for the nba to be able to dictate and rigged any game they want, especially in the post season.

Like now they can call any little thing and be bias whenever they want. They can call little touchy fouls against one team and letting the other banging on defense. I mean they always done that but now it will be so obvious but no one could complain about it.

The refs have screws us and now they are doing it again but in bigger volume and with any call.

This is the same Chris Paul that asked for a black coach when he was on the Clippers.

Not exactly the kind of guy whose judgement you can trust when it comes to personnel moves.

Especially given that Melo was a friend of his.

They suck because they have 3-4 rotation worthy players on their entire roster most nights. When Paul does play, usually someone else is hurt.

The players don’t even think they can win... not with 6+ roster spots absolutely wasted.

Add an above average back up point guard, a solid swing bench player and a bench 4/5 and the Rockets are back to the top of the West.

I didnt blame all this on melo. Read my original post in this thread.

I blamed it on Morey and ALL his off-season moves and the fact that it was based on hubris that he could bring scrubs in and make them look better because of Harden, CP, and the great system we have.

Get it within 7 and stop playing D, go down 15, play little D, repeat: rockets season...

Run the clock down to 8, barely start to move, pass for a contested 3, repeat, rockets season

Any idea when? We could really use some interior defense and toughness.

Yeah... or it could be that the Rockets have 4 NBA rotation caliber players on the floor tonight and the players know it.
