No sense of urgency. Bad defense. Bad schemes

 

Carmelo ain’t coming back after all the crap he took for the team’s poor start.

 

This..... 30+ years watching this team every night, feeling the same way....

 

Lmao .

At this point I'm pretty much gonna check out until after all star break .

Either the coaching sucks , the players suck , or the front office sucks .

At this point the only reasonable thing to do is "clap clap play harder"

Mchale gets a lot of **** around these parts .... and don't get me wrong he's not a championship caliber coach . But I wish we had a bit more sense that switching all the ****ing time .

Our scheme is so tailored towards matching up vs the warriors ... that any team that doesn't play their style gives us nightmares unless we are just clicking ..... and clicking we are not .

 

Harden should be able to win this game.. I hate that he has reverted back to playing no defense. It isnt fair that he has to do everything, but damn, it is was it is. Go out and win it..

Rockets aren't this bad. I don't care what anyone says.. It starts with Harden playing smart and the Rockets playing defense..

 

He is past his prime.

Kyle Korver would be starting on this team right now but I guess we're not willing to trade for him

 

Four straight losses to the likes of the Pistons, Cavs, Wizards, and Mavericks? Danuel House going from the 24-Hour Fitness courts to the Rockets regular season 8-man rotation? What a nightmare.

 

I highly doubt a team will win a championship with one person dribbling the entire time. MDA gotta understand Steve Nash is not on this roster. James is gonna dribble that b**** into oblivion and only pass it when it's a Capela lob or a sure assist. No off ball movement to make it easier for the guys. Rick Adelman would have this team unstoppable and he wouldn't be afraid to tell someone to stop dribbling.

 

IDK his dribble, dribble, step back 3 isn’t falling.. Going to be tough.

Harden will get 10+ TO again.

The dude is TO machine.

 

Why were we so excited about Jeff B coming back again? He was the defensive coach two years ago and we were ranked like #20 in the league. Chris paul’s Players only huddle during that one game may have been our best defensive adjustment all year, **** THE ONLY defensive adjustment.

 

I said it before the game. Something is really off with this squad and its more than just losing.

 

When Harden looks like your best defender out there... you got a problem.

 

Honestly even the teams with Scola and Ariza as the stars where they were a .500 team were so much fun to watch. They weren’t the best but damn they played hard every single night. I’ve also been watching 30 years and I’m still trying to decide if this team or the 2015 team is the trashiest rockets team ever.
