Two things 1. Tear gas canisters don't explode. 2. You know exactly why it was fired into that group, they bum rushed and overwhelmed the Mexican security and were attempting to break into the US illegally. The gas was fired to disperse the group and to stop their hostile actions in the safest manner possible.
Tear gas is also used on every soldier going through boot camp if i recall. Its harmless , just annoying.
So, this woman was about to be joined by a "pack of one hundred women and children to break into your house"? Interesting... using the term "pack" to dehumanize the situation in the picture... as if the woman and children in the photo was not human, perhaps dogs or wolves (typically described as in a pack"). I guess that helps make the horrible image easier to accept and support. btw, the legal manner to request asylum is to go to a border point of entry. Do you know that isn't what this woman and two children are trying to do?
Changing the topic? The topic is women and children being tear gassed. If a hundred women and children were fleeing danger and were trying to get in my house for safety, I would attempt to help them.
I would say it's a bit more than annoying, it burns the eyes, lungs, and skin pretty intensely, but it's temporary. Just a few moments after you get away from the gas it stops burning. That's why it typically works so well when doing crowd control. If you don't have a mask on, and aren't one of the freaks who are essentially immune to it, you have no choice but to retreat and it does so without any serious harm coming to the group.
First off, these people are not fleeing danger. They have been offered asylum Mexico. Second, good job dodging the question
What law has she broken? And is she in a "mob" or a "pack"? Seems she is a woman holding two children. Does that qualify as a "mob"? So, this woman and two children tried to charge the fence? Do you have photos, video, or even eye witness statements to support that claim? And you know this woman and two children are not walking up to a border point of entry? How do you know this?
So your new defense of this woman and children getting teargassed is that tear gas is harmless? Seriously?
these people charging our border and using women and children as human shields as they attack are 'just seeking asylum'.
smdh, people acting like tear gas is zyclon B this is reckless behavior, and it's thanks to professionalism and nonviolent means of deterrence (like tear gas and barriers) that no one has been killed
Oh they aren't fleeing danger. Good to know you know the circumstances of all of these people. The police should do nothing.
Not quite... Mexico rules out reports of a caravan asylum deal amid 'delicate' talks with the US https://www.cnbc.com/2018/11/24/mex...ravan-asylum-deal-amid-delicate-us-talks.html
what danger are they running from? Tijuana banditos? nobody in Mexico is trying to kill them. they are trying to grant them asylum. You would want the police to do nothing if a bunch of women and children tried to invade your house? wtf
So now the trump supporter defense of women and children getting teargassed in Mexico is that tear gas is harmless? https://www.medicinenet.com/script/main/art.asp?articlekey=180650 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC539444/ https://www.hindawi.com/journals/tswj/2014/963638/
You are posting on a different story about asylum in the US: https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/...-thin-out-as-3-230-apply-for-asylum-in-mexico
Mexico has not agreed to provide asylum (see article posted above). But at least you are not calling the teargassed women and children "packs" or "mobs" anymore (though you continue to try to create fear with the false claim these women and children are going to invade people's houses).
Can she and them come stay with you up north? We would be internet legends if we could make this happen. It would really be a heartwarming story for clutchfans after the BTG debacle
Agreed. Good thing the united states was able to deal with the attack without harming any women and children.
