Boxing out is a HUGE issue. We do nothing but jack up 3's (Eric Gordon) with absolutely nobody there for the rebound.

We must have the shortest team in the NBA. Our starting pg is 6`0 in extra thick sole. Our sg,sf and pf are ALL 6`5. I think u have to go back to the 1960s to find a shorter starting lineup.
This is what made Nene valuable to the team. Having a bruiser coming in off the bench that can actually be the bully is missed. If Nene does not return, I don’t know what they can do. I would hate if the Rockets had to give up assets to get a back up big, when the team so desperately still needs another wing.

We have one. Nene. With a nod to @Codman, who's his friend, I'm beginning to wonder if Nene will ever play effectively for us again. The Rockets can't wait indefinitely to find out when or if Nene will return, and how good he'll be when/if he does return. I was saying yesterday that we needed an effective backup for Chris at the one, and not only is Nene an unknown going forward, so is Brandan Knight. This can't go on much longer, in my opinion. We don't need players sitting on the bench backing up those two spots. It's costing us games. We need guys who can play, and play well.
Supposedly Nene will be back in a week's time. So he is close. But then we also don't know if he will be durable for the duration of the season. That's the big issue.
