I generally do not "ignore" other posters here, unless they are ... way ... way over the line. But ... I have enjoyed D&D and the Texans forums so much more when The Troll was gone that I went ahead and ignored him. It will be like he does not really exists.

Wow I'm really disappointed in the site for this decision. Bobby's been a cancer to this site for years and while that itself may not be a bannable offense, he insulted another poster's special needs child and actually told that poster and his child to "go f*** themselves" too. All that ends up getting him is a worthless 3 week ban, what a joke. And make no mistake about it, he isn't sorry about what he said, he'll simply say anything to get back to playing internet warrior on this BBS, it's been his entire life for nearly 6 years.
It's @Clutch 's website. He can do whatever he wants. If he wants to let sociopaths who insult other members' special needs children freely post on a now semi-paid forum that supposedly represents the best of Houston Rockets' fandom, then that's his prerogative.
That's completely up to Clutch, but I believe in second chances too and am generally against bans whenever possible, I even supported giving FTW Rockets FTW a second chance despite having him on my ignore list. That said, I don't know Pen15Clubber and I don't know what he did to get banned so I really can't comment on it. That said, I've found Clutch to be exceedingly reasonable so I think if there's cause to bring him back, he'll do it.
FFS... Sets a bad precedent. One that allows for people to be as hateful and spiteful and ignorant as possible...with extremely minor repercussions. Good to know.
In the sense that I still laugh at those who seemingly live to derail threads by hurling feeble personal attacks and insults at me? Nope, and that's not something that is going to change. Perhaps you'd prefer it if I threw temper tantrums about those toxic posters and attempted to get them banned instead of merely laughing at them and then hitting the ignore button? Sorry just not my style, trying to get people censored or banned is beneath me.
