I don't want to jinx it but the difference it night and day.
Another living proof of what a real difference coaching has in the NBA.
From the worst coach the NBA has seen in the last decade to a top 10 coach and you can't even tell it's the same team.

Milwaukee has gone from 25th in 3 point attempts and 27th in makes to 2nd in attempts and 1st in makes

they’ve gone from 13th in assists to 2nd

they’ve gone from 15th in ppg to 1st

offensive efficiency has gone from 10th to 1st, and their defensive efficiency has gone from 18th to 4th

it’s not like they overhauled their roster over the summer either

    I see u coach Bud

    It is pretty remarkable.

Also, Brook Lopez as "splash mountain" has been something. What a great pickup for ~ 2.3M.

Lopez has been absurd. A huge reason why they're 10-4 right now.

I really wanted him this summer. At 2-3 million he was an absolute bargain even without the 3 point shooting.

Yeah I looked at some PG stats today while I was avoiding doing any real work, and Bledsoe has been pretty good this year.

Of course my expectations of him are pretty low so maybe I was just off-base in my previous assessment of him, and he actually is a good player.

His shooting would he helped. My guess is the Rockets felt he wouldn't fit their switching defensive style. Someone like Dedmon would probably be a better fit in Houston.

At any rate, yeah, Lopez was an awesome get for the Bucks for what they do.

this looks awesome and admirable but small sample size

i can see them absolutely falling of a cliff later on in the season

I'm curious to see if they can keep up, i hope so cause i like them as a team, but after a perfect start against some meh teams they are on a 50% kind of pace in the last eight so, we'll see.

MVP race is wide open, this year. Giannis smells blood.

Yeah I guess... But he needs to hit some threes. I don't remember anyone in recent years winning the MVP while shooting at only 7% from three. I guess Shaq in 1999-00, but he only attempted 1. Giannis makes Rubio look like prime Steve Nash.

IMHO he has to win the Conference convincingly, then even with 10% from 3, he would be a serious contender.

He hit a couple tonight and is now up to 12%, so it might have just been simple variance, since the sample size is still pretty small. I guess the next goal will be to reach Drummond (18%). :D

Didn't know The Big Drumm is a 3pt shooter at all.
