That corner 3 is almost automatic and he provides that defense, bull dog attitude! The stretch 4 Melo wishes he could be.
Tucker--Ariza-Luc was the 3-headeD monster that helped us gett he best regular season record and also why we were so dominant. With those guy and CP on the floor we could lock opponents up during key possessions. Excellent chemistry. Great D. Good 3 point shooting to space the floor. We broke that combo up for the scrubs we have now....
PJ THICC out here playing 2 straight games at 41 minutes a night with a stomach bug. Root canal Stomach bug T H I C C
He's shooting an unreal 47% on 3's and he's established himself enough now that teams can't dream of leaving him open. What a player. No BS, just worked his way towards what's best for the team and it's lifting him AND the team. Imagine if he was out there saying that's not his identity and he wants to take his least efficient shot even if it meant he's a negative on the floor. Then he got sad cause the team didn't agree. Then he tells his friends the team is scapegoating him. Then he leaks to the media that he wants to stay but the big bad team doesn't want him there.
Agree with everything BUT that. We broke that combo up, sure, but not FOR the scrubs we have now. We could have most of the scrubs we have now, BUT STILL have kept the other dudes... which grinds my gears... Anyways. What PJ is doing is not sustainable. Similar to how y'all were on Ryan Anderson's nuts (lulz on y'all) at the start of last season when he was shooting 99% from 3 off CP3 assists. *Let the records show I was NEVER at ANY POINT on his nuts last during that hot streak.* Fortunately, unlike Ryno, PJ can actually play basketball and contributes elsewhere. The bad news - without depth and players struggling, I'm not sure we can even win games if he's not shooting 40%. To end of a positive note though. PJ Tucker is CONSISTENTLY among GQ's weekly best dressed AND a virtual lock at the top of Solecollectors weekly sneaker power rankings. Which is way cooler than where we rank with y'alls BELOVED Max Kellerman. His shooting will come down to earth, but he has demonstrated the ability to STAY ON TOP of his fashion-sneakers game for the long haul.
