Dedmon and Bazemore could be useful.

Atlanta isn't going anywhere. They would've prefer future pick over player.

It's very simple: we need someone who can help Tucker/Clark guard Durant. Nothing else matters.

Boogie won't be closing games, unless they want us to force the switch and torch him. They will close with Durant at the 4, which means we need someone who can play the 3/4. It's too bad Chriss and Melo are unreliable and defensively slow, they have the perfect dimensions to irritate Durant.

6'5 guys are not going to cut it, we don't need another 6'5 guy with Ennis/Tucker/Gordon here. It would be a miracle if Clark is ready to play that kind of defense come playoff time. Would be meh to get Bazemore, Courtney Lee, Avery Bradley, Matthews, or anyone in that range. Need someone who Durant can't just rise over and shoot.

After that we need someone to play backup C, but since that person is going to be guarding Boogie, I don't mind it being Nene if he's healthy and fit by the time the playoffs roll around. Can't imagine we can pick up someone able to handle bully ball better than Nene.

Dude has game. Came back from a horrific injury. He's a bargain at $31,000,000. (Ahem.) Anyway, if that means his wifey will be courtside, well, let's make the move.

Boston will have to do something at some point or another. All those dudes will want to be paid, and Boston is already in luxury tax territory.

at this moment, Clippers are seeking for improvement. It has to be via 3rd team.

    Rockets get Beverley
    Hawks get Chriss/picks
Clippers get a good player from Hawks

Just try to stay competitive with what we've got, save assets for the future.

Knight and a 1st to Sacramento for hield.

Gets us under the tax and gets us a young sharp shooter.

Push that repeater tax put another year while improving the roster is a route I semi expect. Also acquiring a young player provides room for growth going forward.

Hield could be our cheap otto porter amiright?

Interesting. I can see Murray kicking that tire.

Please tell me Hayward is not one of CP3's besties, though.

Kings would ask at least 2 Firsts, possible 3 Firsts for eating up salary.

Bradley and Bev aren't currently available. Not until the Clips fade out of contention. And the guy we really need from the Clips is...LUC!

Our trade pieces are: Capela, Gordon, Knight, Chriss, Nene, one of the other bigs (Hartenstein/Qi), one of Edwards/Clark, MCW, and Melo if he doesn't come around, plus picks.

    Players we should consider:
Heat: Winslow first and foremost, Whiteside if necessary to get Winslow, James Johnson, maybe even Goran
Wizards: Oubre first and foremost, Porter if necessary to get Oubre, Satoransky, Smith/Markieff
    Wolves: Taj Gibson, Tyus Jones
Magic: Vucevic, DJ Augustin, Ross, Simmons, Fournier, Khem Birch (practically their whole roster)
Knicks: Hardaway, Jr., Hezonja, Lee, Burke
    Suns: Ariza, Warren, Holmes
    Sixers: Redick, Chandler, Bolden
Raptors: Kawhi (if he tell TOR he's leaving and they seek deals), Green, Powell, Jonas (necessary salary dump), Miles
    LAC: Luc
Cavs: Dekker, Hill, Korver, Nwaba, Tristan/JR (to get some of the others)........KLove (maybe, if he gets healthy, but probably not)
Kings: Shumpert, Mason, Yogi, Kostas, McLemore

not sure why Sacramento would do this...Hield has been playing well

Why give him up for Knight and a 1st? I don’t see it.

    WE ARE NOT TRADING CAPELA.
Damn, you're stubborn. You just hate his haircut or something. Maybe it's that Swiss thing.

You need to open your mind. We're not winning a championship as is. And Gordon, Capela, plus our picks....are the contracts that we have that possibly have positive value to get us back pieces that can help us win a championship. Open your mind. Because you are the one being stubborn with all that yelling.

I didn't even bother reading that post. Saw Holic and that was enough for me.

Morley can probably get DMo and Jimmer on the cheap!:eek::eek:

Our offensive woes would instantly disappear.

Does anyone actually believe GH is available? Is this even realistic?

I haven’t seen any rumors stating that he is available. Ainge would want the moon in any deal. I don’t see it.
