on the filp side, sam dekker aint doin much, and beverley got hurt for a year. its true lou williams is good, but he doesn't have the ball enough with harden. So yes, we lost harrell even though we didn't want to. but you still have to do that trade over again if you have to. you have to give something to get something. and we had our shot at the title with Paul.

I believe he is the Incan twin of Montrezl Harrell, NBA player for the Clippers.

Dang. I thought the title could have infinite letters. :D

Outta Louisv. instead of out of Louisville.

I do wish we could have kept Trez. He's more alpha than Draymond and makes him shrink in games. Feels bad watching all our good role players suit up for the Clippers.

Then why’d you say “we let him walk for free?”

When your team is consistently competing against, young players don’t get much chance to play through mistakes. I loved Harrell but he’s a guy made for 8th seed team and lower. He certainly had anger/between the ears issues.

As mentioned in another thread, the Rockets ate notorious for giving up on rookies and younger players. They continue going in circles while other teams flourish with their rookies.

people need to stop bringing up people like Covington...he got the opportunity to develop on a horrible Philly team playing a good amount of minutes

meanwhile the Rockets were a playoff team and didn’t have time to throw guys out there that couldn’t contribute immediately

if Harrell had to go in order to make the CP3 trade work then so be it...CP3>>>>>>>Harrell

This thread went from an indictment on Morey and MDA to a full and total repudiation on your decision to butcher Montrezl's name in the thread title. There are so many thing that could have been done.

Rockets don't give up on young players. They have to make decisions considering the windows of their star players. If the Rockets had time, they would develop and just wait like everyone else.

I mean...no Trez is not as good as Rodman in any way. BUT....The dude has like...an uncanny touch around the rim. It's like he knows the exact amount of touch to put on the ball, its crazy.

Could have taken out Montrezl's whole last name for the extra characters because his first name is distinct enough.. There is no other Montrezl in the milky way.
