Can't turn on Carmelo, if I was never on his side.

No. Bringing up Melo's history before here is irrelevant. Nothing that happened in NY or OKC should apply to the Rockets. The team collectively has sucked through the first 10 games. Melo's wasn't really given a real chance

Is 16pts a game not producing? By league standards that's pretty damn productive

I hope we can figure things out. Carmelo isn’t that bad but I feel he still thinks he should have a bigger role. Maybe that’s what is going on with him. Figuring things out, because he knows if it doesn’t work here it will probably not work anywhere else.
And if we waive him this early it will prob mean the end of his career, not because no one will get him but he will be looked as washed up. Then 1 or 2 more years and he will be done.
Like if he can’t even come off the bench and be productive there then what role can he play in.

Like I say hope he figures things out. His professional and family matters as well.

so bringing up Melo’s history of decline shouldn’t apply to the Rockets...that’s not how any of this works

Melo was getting 30 mpg and was 4th on the team in shots per game behind Harden, CP3, and Ego...still there’s issues...

this fool was talking about coming off the bench being mentally challenging for him after the 1st game of the season...so mentally weak

EG deserves to start more than him and could be starting on several teams. Do u see him crying?

I was never a Carmelo fan, but I wanted this to work out just to prove all those rockets haters wrong.

ain't gonna happen, the team is a mess without Melo, that's the whole problem. Melo was suppose to join a 65 win team that has no trouble but focus on winning against GSW.

Right now our core just sucks, everything is out of sorts and I wouldn't be surprised if we miss the playoffs at this rate.

To be honest winning solves everything, that's why we could tolerate Ryno last season literally doing nothing, because we won every game anyway. Now it's like full panic mode.

So his previous stints should factor in on his evaluation with us this season? Do you realize how stupid that sounds? Lol. Again, just say you don't like Carmelo & can't get over your personal perception of him.

Even MDA said out his own mouth Melo's done everything they've asked, and been the ultimate professional. I love when fans make crap up & pass it off as truth lol

hes just continuing on to hang on for dear life. compare his posts when we all discussed the concerns during the summer to now. just plucking whatever he can no matter how bad it is. pretty comparable to holic's obsession with capela

damn you’re ignorant...Melo’s history of decline factors in, that’s common sense

Did u think Mike would just trash him in front of the media? Yeah, there’s no issues at all, it’s just being reported that he’s played his last game with us just cause...

    wake up

lol wtf kind of logic is decline does not matter in previous stints. is this not real life? i didn't know you could just skip aging in real life. we need to figure out that secret then

talk about some of the dumbest posts to date. its embarrassing the rockets fan base has people like this

I don't think the Rockets cut him because they think he's the problem. They cut him because Gary Clark out performs him.

Again, if he is just a vet min guy, there would be no need to fuss about it. Vet min players regularly get out performed and get benched. But Melo is not just a vet min guy. So he can't stay.

Yo cmon man, even in those reports, it said both sides knew what they were getting into. Neither the reports from journalists nor COD has ever said he was causing problems in the locker rooms. I'm good with cutting him, cause I think him and MDA prolly have issues, and Clark deserves to play more than him, but lets not make stuff up. Theres no evidence hes been disruptive in the locker room at all.

it’s the same guy who wanted to trade Harden for Lillard so I’m not even surprised

he loves to accuse people of not watching games, but so many of his posts make it look like he hasn’t seen a game in years...he damn sure hasn’t been watching Melo play

lol... Hakeemthagreat and HP3 ..cut from the same cloth. HP3 even admitted earlier to not having followed Melo's career!

No wonder they circle jerk each other.

    Taking delusion to MAX level.

What am I delusional about though? That he hasnt been a locker room cancer? Lol that he's not that cause of all of our problems? I'm fine with cutting him. I really dont know what you are talking about. But thats, okay its what you do, you are the "I told you so" guy,
