    I'm not positive or negative. I just call it like I see it. The Rockets are not a good basketball team this year, at least relative to what we were expecting.

    Sure but in preseason Rockets played them well.... I know preseason...again.

    But if they have Gasol and Gay out, there might be a chance. Some scrub will go off.

    At this point just try to keep it close. All I ask as a fan.

    Defense is not the problem for the Rockets.

    Its clearly the offense.

    CP3 has been horrible so far and so has Gerald Green

    Gordon when playing has been horrible as well.

    Melo is pretty much replacing Anderson so hes already surpassed the comparison so hit or miss is good enough for me at vet minimum.

    Hartenstein is terrible, we need Nene back ASAP.

    its not the defense people, it's the offense!!!

    Carmelo Anthony (illness) is listed as out for Saturday's game vs. the Spurs.

    Melo is coming off a horrendous game in which he shot just 1-of-11 from the field for two points with five rebounds, and one turnover in 20 minutes. The Rockets defense has been much better with Melo on the bench this season, so this may actually increase their odds of beating the Spurs. With Anthony out, James Ennis and P.J. Tucker should see an uptick in minutes
