If, like you said, we're being honest: They're taking jobs that need to be done, who employers cannot find people (white/black/plaid) to fill at what the market can pay. Sure, if you paid base-level roofers or dishwashers or concrete workers $25/hr you would get a larger labor pool, but at the end nobody is willing to pay those wages. The only people with a) the desire, and b) the work ethic, and c) the knowledge to do what I need to hire out are Mexican. Hardest working people I've ever been around, they can work me into the dirt by 4PM. I'm in good shape and am used to labor, but I just can't keep up with them. And they want to do it 6 days a week.
Good call and good point. Ron White was the only one of those guys I could handle. And yes, how could I forget Dennis Miller. Anyone under the age of bobrek?
Agreed This thread is about the state of black people. I get so much push back on this topic so i use Hispanics as a comparison to show black problems are internal. They are moving forward because of the reasons you site They dont have Hispanic lives matter or Colin Kaepernick On being honest im always honest. I dont have a reason to lie to anyone in this forum.
I’m serious. At least from my experience a lot of the black men I’ve met are working on becoming music producers, promoters, small business owners. A lot of the women like the medical field but most of the guys hate the idea of working for someone else.
Lazy comedy is dead. You have to actually find new things that make people laugh instead of using tired old tropes that have been used since the begging of society
Back in the day comedians attacked both sides and it never was personsal but I can say one of my favs was George Carlin and he would probably be ate up with Trimp if he was still alive but son of b**** that dude could make me cry in his younger years.
You're right. They want to get rich. They all want clothing lines and to be music producers. Unattainable dreams cause no one is teaching them reality. They are being raised by television. So ironic i work with young black men who i hear the same talk from. I was working with a bunch at a construction site friday talking about music and clothes. One of the reasons i started this thread And they are totally ignoring who are making the real money at the constitution sites but not in the since they don't see it. They know the Hispanic skilled workers are making the money and still talk that dumb **** about music and clothes. Its so frustrating
