If they think they are suspicious just because they are black then they are certainly guilty of racism in my book. I think we are in agreement on this.

A pretty large difference is that the Right wants nothing to do with him while he is clearly a darling of the Left.

And here is Democratic Candiate for the House of Representitives Mark Pocan showing more love for Louis Farrakhan just a month or so ago.

In other words, the ad the republicans and trump puts out is a lie, and they have no solution, so they run with the lie...

No... more like both sides attract people that others can criticize... or shall we discuss David Duke and the KKK?

We can discuss David Duke, he was a racist slime ball. He was a life long Democrat until 1989 when he switched parties. He was endorsed in haste by the Republican Party because Charles Cusimano resigned. It was a mistake and an outlier for the Republicans.

In 1990 the GOP refused to endorse Duke and when they concluded the man they actually did endorse could not win. Just days before the primary they surrendered the seat to the Democrats enstead of allowing a run-off with Duke.

So yes, the Republicans did make a mistake, they acknowledged that mistake and made a correction. When will the Democrats make a correction? Maybe never because they still very clearly have a love affair with racists like Louis Farrakhan and support contries that continue to oppress women and LGBTQs.

The real message was about the dangers of open boarders, regardless of who let the murderer in the country decades ago. Today the Republicans want to secure the boarders to migigate threats like that from happening again and the Democrats continue to want open boarders regardless of the safety or financial cost to US citizens. That’s the message you are trying to cover up.

I'm tired of this stupid strawman.

No, Democrats think the GOP painting the current illegal immigration situation as some sort of unprecedented wave that is a threat to US sovereignty and that they all are coming to slaughter us is nothing more than fear rhetoric to gin up the base. And that fear due to the base nature of the types of people susceptible to that type of rhetoric leads to blanket perceptions of immigrants, legal or illegal. The reality is that he previous ten years has seen the fewest amount of illegal border crossings in the past half century. Yes, that includes 8 years under Obama. Also, this much ginned up fabricated fear over border crossings when the vast majority of illegal immigrants entered legally at some point. Also, states that have empirical data regarding violent crimes committed amongst illegal immigrants, immigrants and citizens such as Texas show that illegal immigrants have a lower crime rate than citizens. Legal immigrants have the lowest crime rate.

and you completely glossed over a post that describes explicitly with articles how illegal immigrants can't receive federal benefits legally. Yes, there are illegal immigrants that often pull old SS numbers so they can put them in job applications and employers who don't care, don't bother to check if they are valid. So illegal immigrants who use fake SS numbers have SS docked from their pay, but they never get to use it when they reach retirement age. So there are thousands of illegal immigrants contributing to SS and never taking out of the pot.

On top of that, the DNC candidate, Hillary, explicitly ran on a campaign of improving border security with actual tangible entities that are proven to enhance border security such as sensors, drones, more patrols etc rather than a god damn wall.

Interesting... republicans point out southern Democrats used to be racists, while Democrats point out that the Southern Democrats became republicans. And here we have an example that your point out was a Democrat and became a republican.

    Interesting...

It's so fitting that Louis ****ing Farrakhan is a topic of discussion in today's politics.

There is a difference between being civil in the presence of someone and defending them or referring to them as the Greatest of All Time. I don’t really expect you to acknowledge that.

Who said that? I admittedly didn't read every post.

Or are we talking about Trump praising Kim or Putin or which other dictator?

I didn’t gloss over anything read the OP.

    Here’s additional information

The CIS analysis study points out illegal immigrants are barred from directly receiving welfare, but may obtain it through their U.S.-born children.

All immigrant-headed households — legal and illegal — receive an average of $6,241 in welfare, 41 percent more than the $4,431 received by a non-immigrant household on welfare, according to the analysis.

Oh, ok. I thought you meant someone important. Thanks to wikipedia, I do now know who she is, likes Al Sharpton too.

My initial comment was more re: the fact that a crazy like Louis F is actually being talked about like he matters. I'd put David Duke or Richard Spencer, whom the President and his advisors have no knowledge of, in that same class.

We need to be better as a society. There will always be fringes, meet me in the middle.
