Butler likes people with guts. He himself has shown the passion and fire. Rockets offering 4 1st rd picks for him shows guts. I think he respects that. He will extend with Rockets for sure if Rox can get him.
If the Heat take on Dieng, then sure, that is probably better. The last trade offer we saw from the Heat though didn't include taking on Dieng.
Just want to point out it’s no coincidence that he plans to sit the day of Knight and Chriss being able to be packaged together. That makes me believe that Butler told Minny that Houston is where he wants to go.
I am dubious they will offer both, tbh. BUT, with Riley sometimes he just "goes for it" so you can't discount that as an option.

Yea, its what I think too, only team I am worried mildly about are the Wizards, cause they seem desperate right now. But they also signed Dwight and idk if he and Jimmy will get along.
