Voter ID laws appear to be working to suppress Democrat votes

Why phone, why not internet.

 

Cell phone. Whatever. There’s no reason I need to go to a polling station.

It’s not my fault republicans suck at the internet and fear it.

 

Any surprise this is happening in Kansas?

Yes, what is happening in N. Dakota is another slap in the face to Native Americans. They were targeted once again.

 

republicans are not even being subtle about voter suppression...

 

I wonder if the decision to reschedule this was the result of criticism once the plan was made public?

Forgot my US drivers license in Australia, had the Australian one in the wallet and it worked just fine!

Each news item just seems worse than the previous one...

 

It's crazy there are still people out there that don't think their vote matters when Republicans stop at nothing to suppress votes. If voting didn't matter, Republicans wouldn't be trying so hard.

 

I think what exasperates the problem is candidates being in control of the voting process. In the past I think there was a pride in work and basic integrity that would make these things work, but now, the republicans are doing anything they can to keep in power...

 

This is Banana Republic stuff.

 

I wish there was data on how long, on average, the wait is in these various polling places. It would be interesting to see what patterns emerge.

...funny how these things seem to happen only in African American/Hispanic/Minority voter areas....
