    Every coach needs his own assistant coach, even the assistant coaches. Tilman should not go cheap on getting us a 50-man coaching staff.

    No but defense can bring easy transition threes, layups, more possessions on offense, more shot attempts, more momentum due to fast breaks, better crowd cheering due to fast breaks, defense not being set creating cross matchups and miscommunication on assignments for who ever is guarding us on a transition play due to a steal, rebound, block, or stop. If 24 second defense pumps crowd up. Deflates other team moral. List goes on.

    Offensive assistant coach is absolutely required now. MDA can't coach average team or bad team offense.

    how about George Karl?

    Without Harden, this is a bad team - it can't even win 30 games this year.

    If a team gets blown out by Clippers and Blazers, it is a bad team.
