Bob O'Brien good chance Brian Peters and Peter Kalambayi come back this week. Zach Cunningham is sidelined with a knee injury

Bob O'Brien is asked if there's a chance the #Texans make a move before the trade deadline: "There's always a chance."

Bob O'Brien on if Texans could make a trade: 'There's always a chance. There's a lot of talking and not a lot of action, but you never know.'

Bob O'Brien said too early to know if Keke Coutee will be able to play Sunday after hamstring injury

Bob O'Brien on Jordan Thomas' development: 'It's got to continue.'

Bob O'Brien on Von Miller and Bradley Chubb, two of the best players in the league

Bob O'Brien on Tyrann Mathieu @Mathieu_Era 'Big addition to our locker room. He means the world to me. He has no fear'

Bob O'Brien on Deshaun Watson and altitude in Denver, says it's a factor for everyone, not just someone coming off a chest injury. They anticipate him flying the rest of the year, not taking a bus trip

The bus trip for Deshaun Watson was just for the one week as a precautionary measure, will fly remainder of the season unless there's a similar injury going forward. He has no lingering effects to impact him for Denver game, so basically a non-issue

Bob O'Brien on Case Keenum: 'I think Case is a really good quarterback.'

Bob O'Brien on Case Keenum, says he doesn't remember telling him he was a third-string quarterback. 'He wrote that in his book? I guess I'll have to read his book. I'll have to order that on Amazon.'

Bob O'Brien just learned that Case Keenum wrote in his book that the coach called the former #Texans QB a third-stringer. "He wrote that in his book? ... I'll have to order that on Amazon."

The fact that BOB told Case Keenum that he was a 3rd stringer should have been a relief. BOB is probably one of the worst talent evaluators in the league when it comes to the QB spot.

So far, Keenum is proving him right.

Not at all, since BOB made that foolish statement Keenum has gone 21-15 as a starter with 45 TD's and 29 interceptions with a 64% completion percentage. That's not great starter numbers, but it's damn sure not 3rd string numbers. I mean last year he got the VIkings one game away from being in the SB....how many 3rd string QB's could do that?

He had Thielen and diggs last year. Keenum is one of the worst QBs this year. And just like Osweiler, he does just enough to fool teams into thinking he’s a starting qb.

Keenum is not surrounded by the talent he had in Minnesota. Yesterday the announcers kept saying he put the ball on the ground. They failed to mention that he was sacked so hard the ball came flying out. He may not be NFL starter material unless he is on a very good team, but he is a solid player. Watson can make a middle of the road team better. Not sure Keenum can do that.

He's a low to medium tier starter, but only an idiot would think he was a 3rd stringer.

Did BoB really say that? Welp, get ready for the Keenum revenge game this Sunday.

Just curious, does anyone know why they didn't credit Reid with a Fumble forced on the Brocktober miracle pass? The receiver made several football moves Reid hit him, dislodged the ball making it a live ball. Every play matters to get this kid defensive rookie of the year. =)

Bob O'Brien is a 3rd string coach. I hope Case put that in his book too.

I have to stop you right here.

He was involved in the Deshaun Watson pick and wanted Pat Mahomes as well.

I won't disagree with you when it comes to the OL, but you addressed the QB spot directly.

That is false. He played a hand in drafting potentially the next great QB in the NFL.

O'Brien chose Mallet and Hoyer over Keenum.

I don't think Keenum is that good, but he's obviously better than those guys.

I'm not so sure he was all that involved in the Watson pick, it certainly seemed to be more of a Rick Smith pick at the time it happened going by the reaction to the pick going through. Also rumors about him wanting Mahomes aren't enough to make me believe them, there were also rumors that he wanted Hackenburg that proved false.

When given his chance to pick his own QB he ran Keenum out of town then went with Fitz, then Hoyer and Mallett, I won't blame him for Osweiler, but he then went with Tom Savage. When given options, he almost always picks the worst one.

How was he not involved? He joined the team pre draft and spent time with O'brien.

At this point, you are trying to accuse O'brien of being against the pick with no knowledge.

This is a conspiracy theory at best.

    LOL

I wasn't accusing him of going against it, I was just suggesting that it was more a Rick Smith pick than a BOB pick based on their reactions....and the fact that BOB announced from day one that Savage was his starting QB. If Watson was his pick, I'm not sure that would have been the case.

Rick Smith wanted Watson so bad he tried to trade up to #6 to get him but failed, then when he finally got his guy, look at the reaction on his face

This has to be a joke. Absolute joke. The cowboys are firing their offensive line coach and Peter King was to praise Devlin? The Dolphins are 29th in sacks. They have sacked opposing quarterbacks 11 times. ELEVEN TIMES! So what we should give Devlin a trophy for keeping Watson from getting sacked by one of the worst pass rush defenses in the league. I hope the Texans look at stats because their next opponents have sacked the opposing QB MORE THAN DOUBLE the number of times the Dolphins have. Von Miller et al have done it 24 times. Come and talk to me after next Sunday if he keeps the Broncos from getting to Watson. Coach of the week. Pffft. What a joke!

I imagine they didn't consider it a fumble, but just that the pass was never completed to the original receiver because the ball was jarred loose before a "football move" or however the hell they are defining a catch these days. So when the ball bounced off the Texans helmet and flew into the other Dolphin receiver's hands, it was just a standard completion to that guy...in about as non-standard a way as you can imagine.
