To be fair, LeBron's teams have always made the Finals. So regardless of winning a title or not, they would always come away with low 1st rd / 2nd rd picks. Rinse and repeat this for 4 seasons or so, and of course you're going to have a bad team if LeBron leaves.
This is the best thing that could have happened to Ty Lue. He gets to begin life after basketball, collect huge checks for 3 more years and no longer has to look at Dan Gilbert. He served his purpose well in Cleveland by riding LeBron to one championship and two other Finals berths. It was a "win win" for everyone involved. I think most of us realized it wouldn't go well this year. Both he and the team benefit from the early decision. It's all good.
All his fired coaches were dunces hired by inept Cavs mgt. Mike Brown was horrible and Blatt had no cred since he had 0 nba experience. He isn't even on the team anymore when Lue got fired so whats this got to do with him?
I was probably being too hard on the king. I mean, he did bring a championship to Cleveland. If nothing else they can always say there was that one time.
OT: If we don't get Jimmy Buckets, should we make a play for Kevin Love, Rodney Hood, or Kyle Korver?
rockets should bring championship coach ty lue for defensive assistant coach. we've all witnessed his track record in locking down iverson that one year the lakers beat the 76ers in the finals.
