It was her show. Maybe she could've formed a better panel and with a tone for that discussion rather than keeping her attitude of "it's only my opinion and I have a right to express it" regardless of other people's reactions. The latter got her in trouble plenty times.
You cherry pick the stats that allow you to accept your bias. If blacks were more violent why are Africans so much less violent??? It makes no sense to say race is the factor leading to violence when there is no genetic study to point to blacks being more violent. It's just a convenient way for you to be a racist. You need to take a hard look at yourself and really question what you think. I can't stand Kelly's and her ignorance or the SJCrybabies who reacted predictably so not sure how I feel. I guess I stand by what I've always said, I'm happy when people who are ignorant, discriminate, racist, etc... publicly. I'd rather know how people really feel and they do me a favor when they go public. My fear has always been the SJCrybabies will make those folks more cautious making it harder for the rest of us to know who walks among us.

Affirmative action, diversity quotas, awareness training etc. are among a number of measures have been put in to place by "white males". Is it enough? No, but crime stats across the board aren't going down. And the things special interest groups are complaining about have no relevance to the core issues plaguing the community today... they come across as needing to be angry despite a wealth of opportunity at their disposal. You need to have an intelligent approach to dealing with this problem.. there is a reason MLK preached non violence. Change will always be limited with staggering disproportions of violence, no matter what marketing gimmicks come and go. Until the community addresses this instead of looking for excuses , it's going to be the same old story.
Nothing justifies violence outside of self-defense, but that doesn't mean violence stems from genetics either. Let's keep in mind that poverty amongst whites is spread out, poor whites are more likely to live in mixed areas where they can receive support, where as poor blacks live amongst other poor blacks and get far less support. That makes a huge difference but people like you ignore that. Just curious because I don't think she was fired for any reason other than the fact that advertisers pulled their dollars from her show. I mean the reality is that no brand is going to want to associate itself with someone who says something really offensive unless it's a brand like Nike which thrives off it. Th panel for one, along with the Twitter crybabies who made it go viral. This was a teachable moment for an ignorant but not racist person. Instead no teaching, only frontier judgment and execution. That approach can turn ignorant into full blown racist for some. Also that term racist is so misused by these sjcrybabies which is a very unfortunate.
