Until his hamstring goes out again. Yeah, we feel good about the guys we got John. We signed Cyril Grayson from the practice squad. Good kid, works hard, been getting better every week. Looking forward to see what he can do. Spoiler DO SOMETHING DARYL BRIAN! Spoiler All these guys probably aren't available and no, all these guys aren't burners like Fuller. Buffalo: Kelvin Benjamin, Zay Jones Miami: DeVante Parker Denver: DeMaryius Thomas, Emmanuel Sanders Oakland: Jordy Nelson, Martavis Bryant, Brandon LaFell, Seth Roberts Dallas: Allen Hurns Detroit: Golden Tate, TJ Jones Atlanta: Mohamed Sanu Arizona: Larry Fitzgerald
What about Devonte Parker? Thought i heard on the broadcast that his agent wasn't happy with the org and Parker's been disgruntled with the coaching staff. He seemed to play pretty well last night.
yup. up until miami's receiving core was decimated with injuries, parker was inactive-cd's even though he was practicing and they were forced to play him last night. he was a popular trade target rumor in general before. not so much anymore bc miami doesn't have anyone left to play with their injuries
Trade market players that would fill Fuller’s role nicely: Marvin Jones Emmanuel Sanders Robby Anderson Paul Richardson Desean Jackson Problem is that those teams are on the fence as far as playoff hopes. Detroit just traded for Snacks Harrison, so they’re probably still in on this season. Robby Anderson is my favorite of that bunch, but he’s got a non-Texan rep. Not sure what Washington* or Denver are thinking as far as being buyers or sellers
The other problem is the Lions are more likely to trade Golden Tate (free agent next year) and the Broncos are more likely to trade Thomas (older, overpaid). Robby and Paul are struggling with injuries themselves. I just don't know how the Bucs unload Desean. He is cheap and productive and they're currently 3-3 and just half a game out of wild card.
I wouldn't trade any valuable picks for any of those players. Maybe a sixth or a seventh, that's it. I think they're better off signing dez Bryant.
Maybe for a 4th rounder but yeah, we can't sell our future for immediate relief. I'd trade a 1st or 2nd for a pro-bowl linemen or CB since that's probably what we'd be drafting for in the 1st or 2nd next year anyway, but for a WR? We have WRs, we just need to get healthy.
