We better get something of quality return besides just JB or reduce the amount of picks to 2 first maybe a 2nd rounder.

    4 first/chriss/knight

I mean I’m intrigued that Morey refuses to include Gordon.

It's all good. There are no real originalities on this board anyway, are there? I mean, besides holic's fantasies? :)

Thibs needs James Harden, Chris Paul, Clint Capela, 10 first round picks, and the firstborn of everyone in Houston for Butler.

Maybe it was Gordon and fewer picks all along and this media circus helps Morey break the bad news to Eric. "They insisted."

Gordon and 4 picks no way though. Gordon can yield a late first on his own so that's basically 5 firsts lol.

The alternative is Richardson and 2 protected firsts from Miami, and that's only IF Riley budges.

including gordon defeats the purpose... doesnt give us any additional depth... replaces a rotation player for a more (recently) injury prone player...
JB isnt 4 1st rd picks better than EGo...
then there's the contract differential on top of that....

    screw that noise....

Thibs is nuts. Knight + Chriss + 4 first round picks would be the greatest haul for a disgruntled star on an expiring contract in many years. They really need to fire him. What a completely incompetent organization.

Riley already owes an unprotected 1st rounder to Phoenix in 2021 for the Dragic trade, i just don't see him giving up more picks than the 2019 one which was already going to be protected according to the rumors we got btw.

If those 4 low firsts result in 2 Royce Whites and 2 Dmos, eeeeerrrr......Bullets dodged.

I'm assuming with EG gone they'll probably pick up Swaggy. But Green is very productive off the bench too

That’s terrible, I wouldn’t even take that trade. Like there gonna trade a star for two injured players.

    Rockets homers are crazy

The players are just salary fillers. It's the 4 draft picks they'd be trading him for. And everybody is talking about them being 4 late 1st round picks. I don't know what protections Morey may be proposing but if they're unprotected I'd think the 2023 and 2025 picks have a chance to be very good. Chris Paul will be retired by 23'. Harden and Jimmy will be about 34 years old by 23'. We won't have very many picks to replenish our roster and with CP3, Harden, Capela and Butler locked until at least 22' I doubt we'd be in a position to sign any other stars.

This is exactly how I see Morey operating. And then ON TOP of that, you better believe he has THREE TEAM trade options as well.

When @cyberx said Morey was relentless, this is probably what he was talking about.

With a team like the Heat, they don't have as many 1sts to offer. But Philly could do something if they were motivated.
